5 Day Safari and 5 Days Zanzibar:

You will go on safari in Tanzania’s northern circuit National parks for a total of 5 (five) days before returning to Moshi for a night of relaxation then on the next day you will embark on an amazing 5 day Zanzibar tour.

Tarangire is a beautiful park filled with Baobabs and Acacias with a large variety of game such as zebras, elephants, giraffes, and waterbuck. Lake Manyara with a beautiful lake surrounded by birds and famous with tree climbing lions.
Ngorongoro is the largest intact crater in the world abundant with wild game including elephants, rhinos, cheetahs, lions, leopards, and hyenas.
You will also visit the Serengeti, Tanzania's most famous and largest national park and one of the most spectacular parks in the world. The "endless plains" cover some 14,763 square kilometers including large plains, short grass plains, kopjes, and lakes.

Zanzibar at a glance:

This Package includes the Prison Island Boat Trip, Stone Town City Tour and the Spice Tour. You can start any tour in any order on any date you request.

Itinerary:

Day 0: Arrive Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you will be met by a Gazelle Adventures representative and transferred to your hotel in Moshi. Later in the evening, a briefing will be held at hotel to prepare you for the safari ahead.

DAY 1: Leave Moshi early morning and drive to Tarangire National Park for full day game viewing. Dinner and overnight at Camp site / Lodge.

DAY 2: After breakfast drive to Serengeti with game en-route via Olduvai Gorge, thereafter enjoy sunset game drive at Seronera River. Dinner and overnight at Camp site / Lodge..

DAY 3: After breakfast spend your full day game viewing in Serengeti. Drive through the endless plains to Gurumeti river where you will see the home of crocodile and other game. View plenty of animals until sunset then drive to Camp site / Lodge for dinner overnight.

DAY 4: arly morning sunrise game drive in Serengeti Seronera area where you can see plenty of wildlife taking advantage of the cooler temperatures of the early morning - experience predators hunting prey and much more. Thereafter drive back to the camp for full breakfast then continue with game drive with picnic lunch box en-route to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Dinner and overnight at Camp site / Lodge.

DAY 5: After breakfast drive to Ngorongoro crater floor for half day game viewing enjoy plenty of wildlife. Thereafter drive back to Moshi.

DAY 6:

Leave Moshi and head to Zanzibar via airport (depending on flight time). Arrive Zanzibar airport and transfer to Hotel for check-in.

Day 7:

Morning at 09:00 am have a trip to Prison Island, a home of Aldabra giant tortoises. Flanged by an amazing beach of reef sanctuary, the island is ideal for swimming, snorkelling and beach relaxation return to stone town at 2:00 pm. At 02:00 pm after return from Prison Island you will begin the Stone Town City Tour which takes around the historical culture and architectural important town of Zanzibar with a century history. It includes a visit to former slave market site, now stands as Anglican church built in 1871, town market, visit the Zanzibar Memorial Museum, House of Wonder built in 1883 (Beit-Al-Ajab), Old Arab Fort, Palace Museum, Old Indian dispensary (Cultural Centre) to Maruhubi Palace Ruins via Living Stone House. The tour ends at 05:00 pm and the guide will take you back to your hotel.

Day 8:

At 09:00 pm trip to Spice Tour on this tour you will see and taste the tropical fruits, spices plantation or plots in the island. A variety of spices plants used as ornament, medicines, flowers, fruits and another interesting flora can be seen during spice tour and visit to Kidichi bath built in 1850 by the first Sultan for his wife Sheharzad (granddaughter) of Fateh Ali Shah of Persia. The tour ends at 05:00 pm and the guide will take you back to your hotel.

Day 9:

Spend the day relaxing at the beach and souvenir shopping. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Zanzibar on bed & breakfast basis.

Day 10:

Spend the day relaxing at the beach and souvenir shopping. Depending upon your departure plans, transfer to Stone

Town/harbor airport depending on the time of departure.
